Lynda Walter

Marriage & Family Therapy Intern and Superhero

Lynda Walter is a Master’s-level Marriage and Family Therapy intern at Kairos University.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and brings over ten years of
experience supporting children and families through early intervention services. Her work
has centered on coaching caregivers, supporting developmental goals within family
systems, and building strong, trust-based relationships.

Lynda is passionate about walking alongside individuals, couples, and families as they
navigate life’s challenges. Her clinical interests include attachment, family systems and
generational patterns, parent-child relationships, and strengthening connection within
couples and families. While her background has been rooted in early childhood and
caregiver support, her current clinical training has expanded her work to include
adolescents, adults, and couples seeking deeper relational healing.

Lynda approaches therapy from an attachment-focused, systems-oriented, and strengths-
based perspective. She values a collaborative, coaching-style approach that honors each
client’s story while working toward meaningful and lasting change. She is especially drawn
to helping clients understand how past experiences and relational patterns shape present
dynamics, and how new patterns can be formed through intentional, supportive work.

She is also passionate about integrating emotional and spiritual care when desired by the
client, believing that healing involves caring for the whole person.

Lynda believes that healing happens when secure attachment is fostered, and each
individual is fully seen, known, and supported within the context of their relationships.
